Contractual Engagement of Project Personnel for the project “Development of Landscape
Management Plan and Monitoring with reference to Ken-Betwa River Link Project in Panna Tiger
Reserve, Madhya Pradesh”

Project Associate- II (Two Positions)

1	Engagement Position	Project Associate-II (Communication/ Visualization Specialist)
2	Essential Qualification (EQ)	Master’s Degree in Visual Communication/ Mass Communication/ Geography/ Arts/ Civil Engineering/ Bioinformatics/ Geo-informatic from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks and one-year relevant experience post Masters.
3	Desirable Qualification (DQ)	Demonstrated experience in data processing and documentation, development of communication tools, cartography, 2D/3D visualization of field data, science communication and citizen science.
4	Scope of work	Converting plan into video reporting. Popular scientific article writing. Develop and manage communication tools and support the field and office team in data visualization, photo/video graphic documentation, communication and in report preparation. Having social media experience will be an advantage.

7	Emoluments	Rs. 28000/- + HRA

1	Engagement Position	Project Associate-II (One Health Professional)
2	Essential Qualification (EQ)	Master’s Degree in Health Sciences and Life Sciences and from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks and one-year relevant experience post Masters.
3	Desirable Qualification (DQ)	Domain knowledge and experience in disease ecology, one health systems, stakeholder consultation, disease investigation, disease surveillance across human, livestock and wildlife sectors.
4	Scope of work	(1) Stakeholder consultation (2) Secondary data collection (3) Plan and research paper writing. Having experience of liaising with public health, animal husbandry and wildlife departments will be an advantage.

Project Associate- I (Two Positions)

1	Engagement Position	Project Associate-I (Tiger Biologist)
2	Essential Qualification (EQ)	Master’s degree in Wildlife Science/ Botany/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Life Science/ Environmental Sciences/ Biological Sciences from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks and one-year relevant experience post Masters.
3	Desirable Qualification (DQ)	Domain knowledge and field experience in movement ecology of large carnivores, hands-on experience in Occupancy sampling; Camera trapping; Distance sampling, radio-telemetry and are familiar with various ecological and conservation issues.
4	Scope of work	(1) Monitoring tiger, co-predator, and prey population using radio- telemetry, camera trapping and distance sampling (2) Investigating movement of tiger in the landscape; (4) Human-wildlife conflict issues; (5) Scientific writing.

2	Essential Qualification (EQ)	Master’s Degree in Life Sciences/ Social Sciences from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks and one-year relevant experience post Masters.
3	Desirable Qualification (DQ)	Domain knowledge and experience in socio-economic survey, stakeholder consultation, participatory rural appraisal, ecosystem services, and economic evaluation.
4	Scope of work	(1) Stakeholder consultation and participatory rural appraisal (2) Secondary data collection (3) Plan and research paper writing

• Project Assistant (Two Positions)

1	Engagement Position	Project Assistant (Engineer)
2	Essential Qualification (EQ)	Graduate Degree in Science/ Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks and one year work experience in handling radio telemetry and UAV tools
3	Desirable Qualification (DQ)	Demonstrated experience in a) Photogrammetry softwares, b) UAV Maintenance, c) Conducting workshops for field staff
4	Scope of work	Support in implementation of toolkit and training of field staff
5	Location of Project sites	Panna Tiger Reserve, Madhya Pradesh and Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun
6	Age	35 Years
7	Emoluments	Rs. 20,000/- + HRA
8	Duration	Till 31st March 2023

1	Engagement Position	Project Assistant (Genetics/ Microbiology)
2	Essential Qualification (EQ)	Graduate Degree in Genetics, Microbiology and Biotechnology from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks and one-year work experience in handling animal/ wildlife samples.
3	Desirable Qualification (DQ)	Demonstrated experience in either a) DNA Extraction, PCR Analysis b) Bacterial Identification or c) Anti-Microbial Resistance
4	Scope of work	Work involves genetic and microbial investigations in wildlife biological samples. Additional support and training will be provided wherever needed.
5	Location of Project sites	Panna Tiger Reserve, Madhya Pradesh and Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun
6	Age	35 Years
