Job Description (Junior Research Fellow | Junior Project Fellow | Project Assistant)

Walk-In-Interview will be conducted for following purely project based temporary position of Project Assistant (01) under Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL) funded project and Junior Research Fellow/Junior Project Fellow (JRF/JPF 01) under NMHS funded project at Himachal Regional Centre of the Institute. Candidate having adequate qualifications in relevant subject/specialization with consistently good academic records and experience may appear for Walk-In­Interview on 08.04.2022 (10:00 AM onwards). Candidates appearing for Walk-In-Interview must bring all original copies (with self attested xerox copies) of certificates, testimonials, experience, etc along with an application (as per Annexure-I). No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates appearing for the Interview. Candidates are advised to wear mask and observe social distancing and follow instructions related to COVID-19.

Junior Research Fellow/Junior Project Fellow (JRF/JPF 01) Rs. 31,000 + HRA per month as per institute norms (for NET qualified) and Rs. 20,000 + HRA per month as per institute norms (Non-NET) Age limit: 28 yearsM.       Sc       in      Botany, Biotechnology, Biochemistry                and Environmental        Science from       a         recognized
university
Preference will be given to the candidate having work experience in high altitude areas of the state having experience in the R&D based projects.

Age Relaxation: Relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ST/Women/PH and OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms.
